Q. I have a very large electronic document to evaluate for translation. How can I send it to you?
A. We have several options for you to use when transferring files. One is our FTP site, another is a free web service that we can provide to you for transferring large amounts of data. Please contact us with the size of the file and we will help you with the transfer.
Q. My document has sensitive marketing information about our products. How will you be taking care of my document?
A. We do not share any of the information we process with anybody. Our management and translators have signed non-disclosure agreements in regards to all the information that is transferred within our system. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement with you or your company to ensure your peace of mind with regards to the safety of your information. Q. Once we have agreed on a project with Mincor, Inc., what will be the procedure for the translation?
A. We have a Work Plan that we adhere to in most translation projects. You can view it here.
Q. I am afraid that, once you translate my documents and place text in the new language, all or some of the formatting will be lost. What do you do if this is the case?
A. We have excellent in-house DTP (DeskTop Publishing) capabilities. Normally, we will deliver your document looking just like the original at no extra charge. However, if extensive DTP work is necessary, you will be advised and it will be quoted separately. We work in many different formats such as Word, WordPerfect, InDesign, Excell, Illustrator, QuarkXpress, PageMaker, FrameMaker, etc.
Q. I have a very small document to translate. Do you charge a minimum?
A. Yes, we have a normal minimum charge of US$ 35.00 for documents that are less than 350 words. However, if this is a recurrent need, we will be able to accommodate you with a better price, depending on your needs.
Q. What languages do you translate into?

Q. How do you receive payment?
A. We receive payments via Pay-Pal, Moneybookers, checks, and bank transfers. Our invoices have payment instructions for each of these choices. We would ask you about your preferred choice at the time of payment.
Q. What will you do with my personal information obtained from the Online Quote Form?
A. The reason we gather this information is twofold: 1 - We need the details of your project to be able to give you a quick evaluation and price. 2 - We need a way to get back to you. These are the only two reasons. Once we receive your order, we will communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any questions regarding your translation, and sending your finalized files.
